Note: We are to be preadvised if arrival is to be after 20:00hrs. Keys to apartments are to be returned by 10.00hrs. A surcharge of € 20.00 will be levied on arrivals after 23:00hrs. All outstanding bills are to be settled when the keys to the apartments are returned.
RENT CONDITIONS
ADDITIONAL OBLIGATORY CHARGES
WEEKLY PACKAGES:
Two rooms sleeping 2/3 - € 65,00; Two rooms sleeping 4 - € 75,00; Three rooms sleeping 4/6 - € 80,00. Prices are per apartment and include: Water, electricity, gas, Colour television, air conditioning.
FINAL CLEANING:
Two rooms sleeping 2/3 - € 50,00; Two rooms sleeping 4 - € 65,00; Three rooms sleeping 4/6 - € 70,00.
The kitchen is to be cleaned by the guests. Otherwise a surcharge of € 50 will be levied.
CAUTION MONEY:
Refundable at end of period - € 150,00.
OPTIONAL EXPENSES
(to be ordered when making reservation)
LINEN:
Bed - € 10,00 per person per change; bath - € 15,00 per person per change. Minimum – one change per week.
REHABILITATION:
€ 18,00 per day; € 100,00 per week.
TRANSFERS:
From Olbia (Golfo Aranci - Harbour surcharge € 6,00 ) Airport, € 25,00 per trip per person. Minimum 2 persons.
